Special FX is an artistic and creative method of makeup. This course will concentrate on the techniques and skills used in film, TV, editorial and theatre.
Prerequisites
- Proof of Makeup Artist certificate/diploma or six months relevant work experience
- Personal interview to determine suitability for the program

Theory /Lecture and Practical Application component in our makeup studio
- Learn the products and tools of SPFX
- Old age makeup for theatre
- Old age makeup for the camera
- Zombie/monster makeup
- Clown makeup
- Cuts, bruises and wounds
- Create a SPFX portfolio
